After such a long time of frustration, research, and trial-n-error, I completed it!
Magni, a free screen magnifier. Open Source!
Easy to use and nice looking, one of my very best programs (being not too old!?!?!?!
But yeah. Any bugs? Pls tell me.

It says it needs NetFrame or something and asked if I needed to install it. I told it go ahead to do so and it continues to say crashed. Jus sayin'
